Captain Amri is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Sayinvest Overseas Global Resources Limited. Captain wears as many caps as his experience. Born of Tanzanian parentage, he was schooled in Kenya, worked in Rusia and did business globally.
He holds a Master’s of Education from MUST University; Master of Science in Aviation and Airways Management and Operations from Makerere University; a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Kenyatta University, Kenya. He also has a military training with Kenya Airforce and holds Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) as well as Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
Before setting up SAYINVEST OVERSEAS GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED, Amri is the owner of SAYINVEST OVERSEAS Ltd; SAYOIL CONSULTANCY OVERSEAS Co. WILL, BAHRAIN and SAYOIL OVERSEAS Hong Kong. His business focus is in Oil and Gas, Aircraft maintenance and logistics, Agriculture, Research and consultancy to governments. He is renowned for his role in Research/Logistics and Conflict Resolution at the UN when he served as a pilot for 26 years. It was after his retirement from the UN that he moved into business.
Dr. Felix Ezeh has over 35 years experience in both academics and corporate world. He rose to the position of Lecturer 1 in Soil Science at the University of Education, Port Harcourt, Nigeria before switching to Finance. He got to the General Management cadre in commercial banking before he moved on to GroFin, a development finance company, as its Investment Executive/Country Manager.
Dr. Ezeh obtained his PhD in Environmental Resources Management from the Lagos State University. He was a Chevening Scholar at Reading University, England where he obtained his Masters degree in Agricultural Management. He also holds an MBA (Marketing) from Delta State University, Abraka; an M. Sc Economics from Enugu State University; a B. Sc Agriculture from the University of Ife and a Certificate in Sustainable Finance from Cambridge University, UK.
Felix serves on the board of a number of companies and belongs toa number of professional bodies. He is a Fellow of Solar Energy Society of Nigeria, a LEAD Fellow, UK and a US Accredited Small Medium Enterprises Consultant (ASMEC).
He comes with a blend of regulatory and development banking expertise. He was strategic in the Foreign Operations Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria where he served at the Directorate cadre as Head, Reserve Management and International Trade Payments and Settlement Systems, including Documentory Credit Operations at the Bank. He later moved to Development Banking , as Executive Director and member of the Board of Bank of Industry- Nigerias foremost Development Bank . He is an Economist, Agricultural Economist, and an administrator with over thirty five years of significant leadership and top management experience.
Mr Umeh trained in top management and banking institutions, among which are INSEAD France,Brandies University, Boston and Harvard. Among others, he had External Reserves Management training in Wolfsburg and JPMorgan Chase Bank, New York. He obtained a bachelor of science degree in Agricultural Economics University of Ibadan and a Master’s (MPA) Public Administration, University of Abuja.
Born on 26th December, 1952, he is both a father and grandfather.
